Up to 4 Weeks of Event Planning — A structured planning calendar to organize key details, deadlines, bookings, and event preparation.
Event Planning & Organization — Assistance coordinating the essential details needed to bring your private event together.
Venue & Service Booking — Coordination and booking of agreed-upon venues, services, and event-related vendors.
Invitation Graphics — Professionally designed digital invitation graphics for your guests. Printing is not included.
Venue Decoration — Décor planning, design, sourcing, and the cost of decorating the venue prior to the event, within the package’s designated décor allowance.
Day-of Coordination — On-site coordination to oversee setup, vendors, event flow, and key details throughout your event.
