What to Expect at Bloom & Breathe
Bloom & Breathe is an afternoon centered around wellness, connection, creativity, and supporting local businesses. Guests can explore a curated selection of local vendors offering wellness products, handmade goods, art, self-care services, crystals, and more, while connecting with members of the local wellness community.
Throughout the event, guests will also have the opportunity to participate in two special wellness classes held outdoors on the lawn. Start with a beginner-friendly yoga class from 10–11 AM, followed by a sound healing session from 11:15 AM–12 PM. Each class is $15 and designed to provide a welcoming space to move, relax, and reset.
Guests can also enjoy food from Chop It Up Sandwiches while exploring the market and spending time at Oasis Outdoors.
Whether you are joining us for a wellness class, discovering local makers, enjoying lunch, or simply looking for a relaxing way to spend your Saturday, Bloom & Breathe offers something for everyone. Come as you are and take some time to slow down, connect, and enjoy the local wellness community.

The wellness market is free to attend. Yoga and sound healing classes are $15 each or $30 for a ticket for both classes.

Our Wellness Market opens at 10:00am, right as our Beginner Yoga Class takes session.
The Yoga class will run until 11:00am, to which our Sound Healing Session will begin shortly after at 11:15am.
Our local vendors will stay open until 2:00 pm and throughout the event Chop It Up sandwiches will be available for food and beverages!
